Beginning summer 2025, the property will also be used to host events that will raise awareness and funds to help shine a light on the important environmental and social service work being done in this region.

We’ve built a sauna on a trailer that can move around the property! We will be able to bring it to the beach, onto the ice when the lake freezes, or pull it up next to the house for guests to use during their stay.

We’ve also begun renovating the original fishing cabin, “Fern Cottage,” that first sparked this adventure. Eventually, we plan to build a wood-fired hot tub, and an outdoor summer kitchen—all designed to nurture the spirit of peace and connection.

I’m endlessly grateful for the support that has made this vision a reality, and I’m excited for what the future holds as we continue to build, raise awareness for the critical work being done in the region, help the helpers from near and far to stay well in their work, and enjoy all the gifts that the nature, this community, and this region has to offer.
