We have reserved the entire Rising Tide property for your wedding guests’ stay from September 4 - 5, 2026 with check-out on September 6th. Your reservation includes full access to the Guest House, Fern Cottage, Owl’s Perch Cottage, RV, and waterfront with watercraft for $3,000 per night.
The total cost of your stay is $6,000 for two nights with your $4,500 deposit received on September 11, 2025. Please submit your second payment for the remaining booking cost of $1,500.
