We have reserved the Rising Tide property for your PRIVATE EVENT/WEDDING GUESTS’ stay from INSERT DATES FOR NIGHTS RESERVED with check-out on INSERT CHECKOUT DATE. Your reservation includes full access to the Guest House, [ADD IN SLEEPING COTTAGE(S)/RV IF INCLUDED] sauna, fire pits, and waterfront with watercraft for INSERT NIGHTLY RATE per night.
The total cost of your stay is INSERT TOTAL RESERVATION FEE for INCLUDE NUMBER OF NIGHTS nights with a nonrefundable deposit of INSERT 50% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION DUE due at this time. The remaining booking cost of INSERT 50% OF TOTAL RESERVATION COST will be due on INSERT DATE 7-DAYS BEFORE THE CHECK-IN DATE.
Additional accommodations can be added as needed and billed with the second payment. Pricing includes taxes and cleaning fees. The reservation can be cancelled prior to the second payment due date.
