We are looking forward to hosting you and your family for your special event and stay at Rising Tide!
We have reserved the Guest House for you at a rate of $600/night from May 4th through May 8th with checkout on May 9th. Check-in is anytime after 4pm.
The total cost of your stay is $3,000 with a deposit of $1,800 already paid. This rate includes the cleaning and maintenance fees, and use of materials for the party.
Guest House amenities include:
Open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room
Premium Italian appliances
Two bathrooms (main bathroom includes cement soaking tub)
Beds for 8 (3 bedrooms with queen beds + 1 queen bed in loft sleeping nook)
Sleeper sofa accommodations for 5 (2 queen and 1 single )
Sleeps 13 people, ideal for 8
Access to the dock and watercraft
